The way I define and practice “healing” has evolved and deepened over time. My path has taken me from the rigors of Western Medicine to the poetry of Acupuncture and now to the subtle and mystical realm of Shamanic Energy Healing. Each of these modalities informs and inspires my work. Experience has taught me to listen deeply to create spaces for people to connect with deeper aspects of themselves. My intention is to support you on your path and help you become the healthiest version of yourself.
I offer two types of acupuncture treatments, focused and comprehensive. One addresses a single concern, the other a more global approach to your health.
My shamanic energy medicine sessions address your emotional, intellectual, and spiritual being. If you have not had energy work before, we can start with an initial 15-minute discovery phone call. If you have no questions, we can schedule a time when we’ll do a step-by-step guided energy practice. These sessions can be done at my office or remotely.
